Hello Fellow Unislimmers!

Well after three weeks and half a stone weight loss I have to admit I took my foot off the pedal. But never fear, all is back on track! The most important thing I have realised is to take every day as it comes, and use my tracker!! Its still too easy to forget the little nibbles if you dont write it down.

Last friday was a difficult day for me. One Viewer to Ireland AM on TV3 took time out of his busy morning to text in that I looked like a beached whale - which is not very nice to see. Of course comfort eating has always been my downfall, but I resisted to take to the fridge. Habits like this can be hard to break but I'm getting there.

I think at this stage I've been on a diet for ten years. Crash diets that is. Its very easy to stick to fad diets when you see rapid weight loss.  But I've learned that the weight just piles back on when you go back to normal life. SO this is all about changing my lifestyle and re-education for me. I've had to throw away all the previous dieting notions I've had, and think this time it will work.

Slow and steady wins the race! I'll get there one pound at a time..
